My daughter and her two boys live with me. We have experienced several calls from dad saying that either of us is abusing the boys. CPS has visited us almost 11 times in the last 3 years and has found no cause for the claims that are being made. Up to this point we have been very comfortable with the Case Workers. This time, tonight, we are having a visit on another allegation and the Case Worker appears to have already made up her mind that we are guilty. She has been rude and unhelpful with rescheduling time because the boys were with dad and she felt we were trying to get extra time to tell the kids what to say. They are with dad and we told her she could come over is she wanted but she was insistent that we were hiding something. Please pray for this situation. I am counting on God to make the truth known.

Eternal and Holy Father,
I first lift the children up in this family. I ask that you continue to provide, nurture and care for them in the manner that you see fit. Then Lord I lift both parents up and ask that you heal any and all wounds that would cause them do to anything that would cause the children discomfort. Lord I ask that you continue to provide supportive case workers/judges/state agencies and anyone else that I did not mention. Master I ask that the truth is reveal and all parties involve can have peace. Master I ask that if anyone is unsaved that you would deliver them in the mist of it all. Lord we thank you right now for salvation. We thank you for your power to move in this. We ask these things in your precious and Holy name. Amen Amen and Amen

Dear Lord,

Your Justice has never shone brighter than when defending the wrongly accused. You Taught us that the truth shall set us free. You allowed Your only Begotten Son to stand the false judgement of men, to be apparently overwhelmed by the accusations of the unjust, only to raise Him above all creatures on heaven and earth and crown Him as the Saviour and Redeemer of mankind.
You hate everything untrue. You even commanded us never to lie. You taught us through Jesus that the innocent shall not perish.
The devil is a lier and his work of confusion will never last.
I pray for these sisters to be delivered from that web of deception. I pray that You give them strength until the truth is revealed. Those who trust in You are never put to shame.

KNow that I stand in agreement with you in your requests along with all of the others on the board. God is a God of truth. So rest assured that the truth will come to the forefront at some point. It always does.

My daughter just got off the phone with CPS and was told that they had already talked with the boys while they were at dads. They have interviewed all parties and cannot discuss their findings at this point.

My daughter explained to the Case Worker how dad typically files a CPS abuse case just before court cases thinking that he will then gain custody of the boys. They did note an obvious pattern of calls on the boys and that this call is within the past patterns of dad making erroneous claims and that counseling for the entire family might be a deterrent to future false claims. The Case Worker did say that the boys appeared to be fine and that they really do love both parents. The Case Worker did not communicate what their final decision will be.

My daughter was able to discuss with the Case Worker that there have been many instances where the boys were hurt while at dad's and that she did not call CPS. They were also made aware that the boys are not supervised at dads as to their coming and going within the neighborhood.

Although I am not personally happy about the boys being interviewed by CPS while they were with dad, there is nothing that can be done about it now. Our past experience has been that CPS usually takes 4 – 6 weeks to determine their perspective of the issue. So we will keep you posted as we are made aware. The good news is that the boys came home last night so obviously CPS did not find an immediate threat to either of the kids.

Thank you all for keeping us in your prayers

LALA,

PRAISE THE LORD FOR YOUR FAITH AND FOR ALLOWING US TO LIFT UP YOUR CHILDREN TO THE LORD. GOD IS A BIG GOD AND NOTHING, I MEAN NOTHING, IS TOO BIG FOR HIM. MAY THE LORD CONTINUE TO HEAL THE PAINS AND UNCERTAIN FEELINGS YOU MUST BE GOING THROUGH. THE LORD WILL NOT FORSAKE YOU OR YOUR CHILDREN. HIS LOVE NEVER ENDS AND NEVER FAILS.

I PRAY FOR COMPLETE VICTORY OVER THIS TRAIL!!!!

22 Because of the LORD's great love we are not consumed,
for his compassions never fail.
23 They are new every morning;
great is your faithfulness. Lamentations 3:22-23
