=============================================== How's everyone doing? I have just had my first twenty-four hours in Afghanistan, and let me tell you that I have not had a good impression of the place. The first hour of me being in country and I had to stand outside and salute a procession for three of our fallen comrades. Three trucks drove by with a casket each and the American Flag draped over all. Not a good first day at all! Hopefully I will pass the next 8 months or so as safe as I can make myself and the people around me. I hope everyone is doing as well as I am and is keeping their spirits up as I do mine. I will be home soon and telling you all stories of W.W.'Stan. See you all soon. Rob Ranger Khayman |
