My sister called last night asking for prayers regarding my 16-year old niece, Lanisha. She is seeking out other avenues that are not Christ. Basically, looking for love in all the wrong places. I live 6 hours away, yet, I know she heres me when I speak of Christ.

Nanisha is in my prayers for salvation. May she see Christ in you and hear and read the gospel and understand it and be born again. May he put others in her path to witness to her also.

Father -

Thank you for your heart towards your children. You are so totally awesome. Thank you for Lanisha and her heart. Father, you have done great things and we bless your holy name. Nothing is impossible for you and we ask that you open Lanisha's eyes and ears to hear your soft yet persistant knocking of the door of her heart. Give her the wisdom, strength and courage to open that door and allow you to come in.

Father, thank you for Nicole's heart. Use her and her testimony to affect a change in Nanisha's heart as well. May the words Nicole says be the truth truly spoken in love. May she have the wisdom to know when not to speak but only listen. May through her words and deeds Christ be glorified and show Lanisha what a life with Christ is. May Lanisha hunger for the truth and reach out to you Lord.

Father, I ask too, for protection over Lanisha. Help guide her steps to make good decisions. Give her understanding of the fact that every choice comes with a consequence...good or bad. We ask that Lanisha makes the choice to reap only the good benefits and fruit.

Thanks Daddy for loving us so very. You truly are our strong tower. We love you and praise you and ask these things in Jesus' holy name.

I pray for God to intervene in her life giving her guidance and protection from the ways of the world. May we plead the blood of Jesus over her to help her realize, the Lord is the way, the truth and the life. May our prayers pierce her heart with God's Holy Spirit giving her a change of path and attitude. Dear Lord lift up your daughter from this path. Show her your love and grace to help her overcome the decisions she's making.

We will keep praying for salvation and God's guidance! Amen!

Thank you all for your prayers for my niece. Lanisha is going through a difficult time, well the teenage years is a difficult time especially today. She is a good young lady, unforenately its "Monkey-see, Monkey-do" mentality right now from her peers. With Christ all things are possible and I just pray that he continues to use me as a vessel to my sister and nieces.
