You don't need a specific reason to pray. Just "thank God for the victory; for waking you up this morning, for giving your eyesight, being able to speak, being able to breath the precious gift of air. In my church a lady who is in a prayer group told us that someone told her every morning when they wake up they say "Good morning Jesus and thank you for letting me still be here."
