I can hear yr panic brother. I've been there many times.
Don't know where to start to find freedom?
Got a Bible?
Get yourself a fat notebook and a load of pens.
Are you in a church where you can receive personal prayer and ministry?
You need friendship support around you my friend we are not designed to cope alone

Meanwhile...here's a few tips from someone whose been through hell many many times.

Let God's TRUTH guide you through this.

His TRUTH will set YOU FREE

and when 'THE SON SETS YOU FREE YOU WILL BE FREE INDEED'!!

He will walk you through this
Will you let Him?
It means choosing to trust Him
It means choosing to trust His Word
It means fixing you eyes on Jesus and taking them off the hell
Remember Peter walking on water? That was God demonstrating that you and I can face the impossible if we keep our eyes super-glued onto Him

I keep a journal to help me do this.

I keep it with me at all times and draw aside with God at every possible moment to hear from Him. I write in it scriptures (HIS TRUTH) and the practical guidance He gives me. I also use it to write down feelings so that I can get them out into His Light and combat any misbeliefs/lies/negativity with His Truth - that Truth that has been setting me free and is available to you

God will lead you - one small step at a time

Combat the enemy by filling your mind with HIS TRUTH Stephen - go for it!

HIS TRUTH is yr life line and it will save you if you choose to believe it

You can trust Him Stephen

One step at a time

He will free you if you let Him
