My 23 year old daughter, Kris, just gave birth to her second child today. She and the baby are both healthy and doing well. I am so very blessed to now have two grandsons!
The problem is, my daughter has nothing else but the children. She has made such a mess of her life, lied her way into alienating almost everyone (except me!) and she's quickly going nowhere. Her credit is horrible, she has no job, no formal education, and no high school diploma. She even stole my identity to set up a cell phone account which is now in collections. We are not sure who the father of her 2nd child is. The one that she claims is the father is only 17, and judging from the birth date of the baby, that doesn't seem possible. She is finally living on her own, well, with the 17 year old...he has a full time job to pay rent, etc. and she gets food stamps. They have no furniture either. My husband and I had bought her furniture before but she sold it all and I have no idea where the money went. I love my daughter dearly. She is my first baby and it breaks my heart to see what has become of her. I am also sad for the boy who she says is the baby's dad, his name is Anthony. I would like to see him get his life together too. I have been praying for a very long time for God to place people in Kris' path who can help her find her way back to Him. I even shared with God that my wish for her is for a Christian man, a little older than Kris is, who will love those boys as his own, and help her get her life together and going in a positive direction. Please pray with me for my daughter and her two boys, Mason and Riley. Your prayers and any advice/support you can give is a blessing to me. Thank you. |

Lord I lift up Kris into your hands, Lord you know her heart. I thank you for her mother who love for her daughter is great. But we know Lord that your love for Kris is greater. Lord draw her back to you protect and guide her. Release your grace upon her and draw her to yourself. Lord thank you for this new baby, I pray that you will lead people to come across Kris path to encourage support and speak your truth into her heart. Lord draw her out of all the problems that surround her and let your light shine. In Jeus name. Gods chidl |

Thank you very much!
Please continue to pray for Kris and her life's situations. I am desperate for everyone I know to pray and pray and pray for her. She is so lost. Thanks and God Bless! |

Just a little update on my daughter and grandsons.
I was in consistent prayer (and thank all of you who have been praying for her too), and I asked God what I could possibly do from 500 miles away. God immediately answered. He reminded me of the Pastor of the church we used to attend when we lived in Idaho! His message was very clear and immediate! *I've got goosebumps just writing this* I contacted the Pastor over there and pretty much sent the same information to him that I posted here. He replied and said that he would do everything he could to reach out to Kris. Today I got a call from a young lady who attends our previous church and she said she is going to go visit Kris, and take her a crib! She also told me that several other ladies from the church want to reach out to Kris and give her the Christian influence and friendship she needs! I am so relieved, happy and thankful for this! Please continue to pray that The Holy Spirit will soften Kris' heart to be receptive and welcoming to those who are reaching out to her. Thank you very much and God Bless You All! ~Brenda |
