About a year ago my marriage turned really bad. I discovered that my husband had been doing the unthinkable to my daughter. From that moment on things started going down-hill quite fast.

We are in the process of divorce and I have explained to him that whatever we had in the marriage is over.

I have forgiven him and trying to forget this unfortunate incident. In so doing, trying also to mend my daughter's and my life and carry on with our lives.

My husband on his side calls me or sends me messages nearly everyday threatening to end my life and his own if I do not go back to him. Most days I cry not just for my life but for the fact that he doesn't care that my daughter would without a mother and provider. He doesn't provide for her in any way.

I sometimes find it hard to believe that someone who professes to love me would think nothing of 'playing' God and end my life without blinking. It is no comfort either that the media these last few weeks have been filled with reports of how often this kind of thing actually happens.

It is the most frightening and stressful thing lving in fear of one's life. A death sentence for no longer loving the person that's betrayed the trust we shared.

My prayer is that the Lord will change his heart and that he will carry on with his life and leave me to carry on with my own in peace.

I have vowed that I will not lose my faith in God. I can only hope that my life will not end so horribly.

I believe that God has a plan for me and that His will be done.

I ask that you move in this familiy life right now. Master please keep Peaches, her daughter and her husband safe and delieve this family from the hands of the enemy. We ask these things in your precious name Amen

Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise him, my Saviour and my God. We claim redemption from this destructive situation in this family

Redeem their life from the pit and crown them with love and compassion Psalm 103:4 Who redeems your life from destruction, Who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies.

Help them overcome all negative feelings and replace them with positively Ephesians 4:31-32 get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. 32 Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you. In Jesus name we pray. Amen

As I was reading this,it really grieved my heart. As I prayed for you and your daughter, the Lord led me to this scipture for you.

Be strong and courageous, do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you, He will never leave you nor forsake you;
Deuteronomy 31:5,6

Peaches, this request really touched me. About a couple of months ago a friend of mine's family member was also molested by her step-father. I will continue to keep you and your family in my prayers.

Father, we lift Peaches up to you right now, and we pray a hedge of protection around her and her daughter. We pray that the threats will cease and that your presence will be felt in this home. I also pray for Peach's daughter Lord that she will know and feel your love around her. AMEN!
