Lord,
I know that you put people in certain positions and I ask that you hear my cry/plead for those over me at work. Master we have seen the things they have done and the misuse of there power and I ask that you do what you see fit. Master, you know what I want but I it is not my will but yours. Lord I ask that you give me the spirit to accept the things you have in store for me and my coworkers. Master we need you to intervene in this situation right now. I ask that those who have not taken action when needed to be removed. Father you know all and you know the feelings of everyone in the office – Lord please provide us with a management team that one serves you and two that is honest and fair. We are standing in agreement right now and ask that you act immediately to this prayer.

I agree in prayer with you and that God will give you the strength to endure this tough situation and the patience you need. Blessing and peace to you and a shakeup at your company that will better and prosper it.

Previous to me being out on disability, I faced the same problems. One thing I did was read psalm 91 every time I had a meeting with my boss. Let me tell you, it worked too. She ended up confessing her sins and apologies for treating me badly. Somehow in the midst of the conversation we started talking about God. She even cried on a coupler occasions. I was the only one on the entire team that she never yelled at too. Even when I had my accident she once again became bitter towards me, but I kept reading psalm 91 and the day before I went into the hospital for surgery, she apologizes once again for treating me so cruel; knowing I did non-thing to cause the accident.
