Praise The Lord, Everyone!

I am seeking prayer for my neice, Shalay G. She is 19-years-old. I just learned tonight that she attempted suicide because she has been depressed about the way her life has gone.

Please lift her up in prayer for me.

Father, I lift Shalay up to you. Master I thank you that you know all about here and what is disappointing to her is what you us to get the glory out of here life. Father I thank you right now that your grace/mercy is being revealed to her right now. Eternal God I thank you that you are working through her and she does not know it. I ask that you draw her ever so close to you master. I ask that not a day goes by that she feels lonely or without your hands around her. Master I ask that her family continue to pray for her and that she they are supportive at all time. Master I ask that you deliver her from the enemy of depress right now. Lord I lift her up to you right now – Amen.

Shalay is truly on my heart, my mind and she is in my prayers and so are you. Please know that the Lord spared her life for a reason and I will pray that she receives His blessing upon her life.

Abba, we lift up your child Shalay. We ask first a hedge of thorns around Shalay, for her protection. Send your angles to protect her from the enemy. Abba we ask that you send the Holy Spirit to her. Fill her heart with You! Fill her mind with You! Let her open her heart to You. Let her experience Your never ending Love and Grace. Father let her know that You are there for her, all she needs is to open the door, for You are knocking. We pray that she will open the door to life. A life of eternal love and joy. Father we ask the Holy Spirit shows her conviction and strength. Let her know that You are a loving God and that You love her!

May your dwelling spirit minister to shalay's heart and mind. May you eaze her mind and heart at this time. Open her mind to good things and things that bring her joy and peace. Mend any past hurts and pains. Bring your daugther through this time of depression. Release your healing mercies as we lift her up to you Lord. May you keep her alive and well.

Isaiah 41:10 10 So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you;
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.


I pray for complete victory over depression.

Right now in the holy and precious name of Jesus we come before you asking for a hedge of protection around this young girls mind. Father, allow her to see the truth of who you are, the love you have for her and hope that is in you. You are more than enough, you are everything we need in this life. Help her to know you and to break these strongholds on her mind, will and emotions. We speak freedom into her life and strength to walk the path to wholeness. Surround her with Godly people who will come along side her and help her through this journey. You areher all in all Father. let her see it in Jesus' name. Amen.

Shalay is in my prayers. I thank God she was unsuccessful. I pray she sees that God has His hand on her and that He is merciful and full of grace toward her. May she comprehend God's love for her and seek Him for answers. May the light of the gospel reach her darkened heart and light her way. May she be encouraged and have hope.

Dear Kathy, May our God be ever praised Who would not allow this life to be taken. I would hope you will take these prayers and give them to Shalay so that she can see that many people love her without ever meeting her. And, that our God loves her with an undying love. That Jesus gave His life just for her. If no one but Shalay had ever been born, He would have died just so she could live forever with Him. Shalay, our hearts ache for you, honey. I am overcome with sorrow to think that you feel there is no hope. I remember feeling that way when I was 23 and pregnant but unmarried. But, then I saw a Bible verse on a tv show: "I know the plans I have for you, saith the Lord. Plans for good and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope." Jer. 29:11

I couldn't get it out of my mind. God had a plan for my life and it was not for a bad, pitiful future, it was for a good future full of hope. Jesus used that verse to rescue me and to draw me to Himself. Then, I asked Him into my heart, and received His Holy Spirit. I still had to go through the hard times that my choices got me; but, I wasn't doing it alone anymore. Jesus is with me through every trial and every joy.

My prayer for you, Shalay is this:
Oh Precious Father. You alone are God. You alone can understand the hurting of this young girl's soul. You said before she was formed in the womb, You knew her and loved her. Lord, her life is hard, or she would not be in despair. Please reach into the darkness and grant her light. Hold her close to You and breathe Your sweet Spirit over her so that she can rest in You. Grant her peace. Father, send someone to introduce her to Jesus. Help her to become a part of a strong group of Believers who will come along side of her and bear her up as she becomes strong again in You. We entrust Shalay to Your care, Lord. Please assure her that Your people will continue to remember her and bear her up before You. We look to You for restoration, Lord. Restore to her the joy of Your Salvation. Restore to her the years the locust have eaten. And, we will give You the praise and glory due Your Holy Name. In Jesus Mighty Name we pray! Trustworthy is our God!
