My prayer for you is this: Father God, You hold all the resources of this world in Your hands. Your promises are current currency to us. We know that You have promised to return to us 100-fold all gifts we give to You. So, I ask now that You look with compassion on Tanya. She is looking to You to help her buy her first home. Lord, she has first helped her mother, and now looks to wisely use her income to invest in property. Lord, You've blessed her abundantly, and now she is asking that You help her get the best interest rate for her mortgage so that she can be a wise steward. Father, hear her prayer and provide an interest rate that is lower than all the others she has looked into that she may know it was by Your hand that it happened and glory may be given to our God Who acts in behalf of those who wait for Him!
