I'm posting this message on behalf of a new believer in our church. Over the years,this woman has taken into her large home dozens of teens who have been abused in their own homes. She loves them, feeds them both physically and spiritually,and sees that they receive counseling, education, and vocational training. A few years ago, she set up a non-profit organization to solicit funds to continue this important work and then donated several acres on which to put a large building to be used as a shelter for needy adolescents. Satan has opposed her in her new walk with the Lord, and this once-wealthy retired woman has very little means left. Her once-beautiful home was destroyed by fire, the contractor failed to repair it properly, the house has failed county code inspections repeatedly, and the contractor has put a lien on the home to get paid for work that has left the residence uninhabitable. How Satan must love to torment this poor woman! Her name is Sylvia. Please pause to pray for Sylvia today. If in the next few days she is unable to get a competent lawyer to protect her property, her house is set to be foreclosed on. She is in danger of ending up homeless, and the young people she has been helping will be evicted from their shelter. Thank you in advance for your prayers on behalf of this dear sister in Christ.

Does Sylvia have a home church? I urge you to intercede with them as well as with the City and State authorities in her behalf. There is money to help; but, sometimes people need to be made aware of the circumstances.

Father, we come to You in behalf of Sylvia today. Lord God, You know her heart and all she has tried to do for you and for the orphans she has taken in. Father, look upon her with compassion and act in her behalf. Glorify Your Name and Your Son, Father. Be faithful to Your Word that You will never forsake us. You will never abandon us. You will never leave us without hope. Intervene, NOW. Time is of the essence. Send Your ministering spirits, Lord and come to her aid according to Your Word. We look to You for deliverance! Trustworthy is our God!

Father,
I come to you this day asking that you show Sylvia ways to getting funding for the project she has taken on in your name. I ask that you give her favor with the bill collectors, the courts, the attorneys, and whomever else she comes in contact with. Lord bless her right now. Father I ask that information/sources will come from north/south/east/west. I am believing that so much funding is coming to Sylvia that she will not have room to receive it. Lord give ears to my prayer today as I wait with expectations. Amen
