Please keep me in your prayers for a new position with my company or a new job somewhere else. I graduated with an MBA in 2008 and have been trying to find a position/job where I could start using my degree. I have been with my current company for 14.5 years and I don't want to switch jobs, but my current management is becoming unbearable. It's becoming harder and harder to get out of bed every morning. I'm SO blessed because I still have a job and I have survived a lot of layoffs so I know God is still with me where I am now. If he was not with me, I would be in a far worse situation. I'm just so tired and frustrated and I know that I have to wait on the Lord to open up the right door for me, but it seems like I have been praying and fasting and waiting forever. I just need a break through to happen for me. Please be in agreement with me. Thank you for all your prayers.

I had a similar situation to you. I had worked in the same office for many years. It was wonderful. More than half of us were Christians and there was a wonderful and loving atmosphere in which we worked. Then my boss left and so did more than half of the office. Plus the office grew with new positions and new people. In my current office (that expanded tremendously), there are only two of us who are Christians. At first I was miserable because of the change in atmosphere. I prayed about my situation as well. Eventually I realized that God had placed me with a whole big group of people to whom I could be a witness for Him, so that is exactly what I have been doing! The Lord has actually given me a LOVE for each one of these people! I can't believe it, it is definately Him at work! I am now faithfully praying about getting opportunities to witness to these people now and Whoa! He is opening doors! I could give you situation after situation of what He has done here, but no time (I am on my lunch break). The awesome thing is, that since God gave me this love for these people and a desire to reach them for Him, I am now on a mission and have a purpose here. Now I absolutely love being here and wouldn't want to be anywhere else, that is...until they all accept Christ as their personal Savior. Then I guess that I will need a new mission field!

By the way... I forgot to tell you, I have never been on this site before. Today was the first time. I had to register just to share my story with you. I thought about just forgetting it because I figured that I wouldn't be able to reply to you immediately and would have to wait to get accepted to post my reply, but I thought, "Oh well, I will register and then if I can remember, I will get back on and reply to you some other time". I really didn't think I would ever get back to it, but went ahead and registered anyway. I was very surprised that after I registered it took me directly into a reply to you.

Kim D thank you for replying to my message. I'm still in fervent prayer concerning my situation. I'm lifting my voice and believing that God has already paved the way for me to move forward to a new position that has been on my heart for some time now. It is very good to hear that you are able to be a witness and serve God where you are now. The Lord truly has you on the right path.
