Saints,
I'm a military member and so is my husband. We've been married 15 years but separated 3 years ago. As I went through the terrible separation, I continued to pray for reconciliation and eventually decided to go through with a divorce. But God intervened and brought my husband back to me. During the separation I lived in the United States and he lived in Germany due to our assignments. He was scheduled to return on the 16th of November and that morning, I received a call from the military informing me that I was selected to deploy with the Army in January for 6 months and I also had to attend training starting the 28th of November through the 23rd of December. I refuse to believe God allowed us to overcome a separation and bring us together to be separated again. I'm praying the deployment is canceled and I need all Saints to pray with me. While I realize my role as a military member and yes, I have deployed before but this is a critical time for me and I'm standing fast on God's Word. |

Mrsmil,
I feel confident that God will work His plans and purpose in your life, whether you are deployed or not. However, I will stand in agreement with you that the deployment will be cancelled. However God chooses to answer, I pray that it will work for your benefit. If you are deployed, perhaps we could correspond during that time? I have come to have a great appreciation for our military and the sacrifices they make. The Lord bless you, Chelki Exodus 34:6 Then the Lord passed by in front of him and proclaimed, "The Lord, the Lord God, compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in lovingkindness and truth;" "Thanks be to God for His indescribable gift!" -- Jesus, the Messiah!, our salvation. |

Hi Chelki,
Thanks for those words...it really help me put things into perspective. I received a similar msg at church yesterday and was told that God will work it out for the good. If I am deployed, I look forward to communicating with you. However, I will have to provide you a snail mail address as I would be deployed with the Army and I don't believe I will have Internet Access. MrsMil |

Snail mail is alright. I write to soldiers in Iraq periodically. I will private message you my e-mail and address so that you can write whenever you have an address -- if and when that occurs

Lord I lift up Mrsmil into your hands. Lord I ask that you change these orders. Move by your spirit, release your abundant love into this relationship. Lord I thank you that hand is upon this relationship, what you have joined together no one can break. Lord I pray for a hedge of protection around this couple, let not the enemy come to rob, steal or kill. Let your justice be done in Jesus Christ name. Gods child |

God we ask that your will be done in this situation and in our lives. We ask these things in your precious name. Amen
