Please pray for me & my friend, his name is Keoni (pronounced Kay-oh-knee) or John - he has been getting so contentious that scriptures like 1 Cor 5:5, Mt 7:6 & Rom 16:17 are comming out about him. I really don't want to run away from him & forsake the friendship; but communication has ceased between us & it looks more like a soccer match with a lotta screaming & officials who don't know how to officiate. What's so weird is he will dissagree with me even when we agree... He spent this morning refusing to listen to a word I said & continued to put words in my mouth untill I lost my temper & yelled "Will you please listen to the words that are comming out of my f***ing mouth?", at wich point he had a satisfied grin now that I remember, OMG maybe there is demon involvement plz pray for us earnestly. My pastor keeps telling me not to talk to him because he isn't listening please pray I can follow his advice if that is God's will & if it is God's will for me to talk to him please pray that I get a megadose of God's peace so I can handle it.

Slade my brother. Sometimes we have to step aside and allow God to do the work, let the Spirit of God change your friend from within. Someone once told me that God cannot change our circumstances as long as we're trying to change it ourselves. I have no problem with people being there for others, but sometimes we need to let God work in the hearts of those around us, even though you and I know the truth, its up to God to birth that truth in their hearts and for the revelation to be God given. May you have peace that surpasses all human understanding,wisdom and insight too, to the glory of our King. |
