I am 38 weeks & 2 days pregnant with my 2nd child. While I still have almost 2 weeks until my due date, please pray that I go into labor very soon. I have been so uncomfortable that the thought of 2 more weeks almost brings me to tears. Of course, all in His time & when the baby is ready. Natural ways of inducing labor have been very tempting, though. But I don't want to harm this precious little girl in any way. My doctor makes it so tempting, too. Technically, a baby is considered full term at 37 weeks & they told me that while they don't recomend it, they can't deny me if I want to be induced. I really don't want to be, but I don't know if I can make it 2 more weeks. Guess I should lean on Him a little bit more!
Please just pray that all of this will come about naturally, very soon!

Teri, Like many other women out there, I know all too well how you feel. I had my third daughter last April and had her at 39 weeks. Everyday seems like a month when you are that far along in your pregnancy. Know that our Lord has an ultimate plan and will bring your baby into the world when He knows it's time. Almighty Lord, I pray for Teri and her unborn child that she have a safe delivery and be relieved of her discomfort. Keep watch over Teri and ease her mind until the bundle of joy arrives in Your time! We praise You for allowing Teri to bring another beautiful child into our world for children are true blessings from You! In Your Holy Name, Amen.
