I'm at a loss at what to do. Satan has come and started attacking me once again.

Last month a posted where the property manager I had been working with had disappeared on me, and I hadn't heard from her. The mortgages were still unpaid. Well, she paid them for the month of September, and in October the property was to be sold. She e-mailed me and sent me the sellers papers that were still blank and told me that the person who owned the building I was suppose to sell to, had sold the building and I would have to wait until November to close. That was 3 weeks ago. I have not heard anything else from her nor has she returned any of my phone calls or e-mail messages. I called the mortgage companies today and found out no payments or payment arrangements had been made, so I don't really no what to do. I know God has not left me nor has he forsaken me, but I feel like I'm all alone in this and I don't know where to even start to get help with this situation. I don't even know if I should contact a lawyer or even if I do, how much it would cost me in the end. And the other problem is, if I start doing things on my own will I be jeapordizing God's plans for this situation? I've been really praying and studying my bible these past couple of months and the amazing thing is, I feel so much at peace right now. I don't know if it is just my faith in God and believing on his promises or if I'm delirously tired and emotionally stripped. Please pray for me because I don't want to lose what I have worked so hard for. And I don't want to do anything that would allow God not to complete his work in this situation. I just don't know what to do. Please pray that the Lord will put it on Nicole's heart to do the right thing and that she will not be able to continue doing what she is doing. Keep her faith in You strong and keep her at peace as she is now, for worrying will not help the situation and she knows in time, You will reveal Your plan. Enter the life of Nicole and lead her down a Christain path towards the life you would like her to lead. In Your Heavenly Name, Amen.

Thank you so much for your prayers, I'm still waiting to hear back from Nicole and she has not been in contact with me at all. I'm keeping my faith and trusting in the Lord that everything will work out according to His plans for my life. I just keep lifting Him up in prayer and thanksgiving. Praying for strength and guidance. I'm emotionally drained, but I know the Lord has not left me nor forsaken me.

My council to you is to seek the services of a Christian real estate lawyer. From your description, it appears to me that you may be the victim of a crime. At a minimum, there are unsound business transactions going on that are legal matters and you need help in find out just what is going on. Don't worry about the cost. Ask the lawyer for an estimate as to what they might be and go from there. A rental property is a business. You must do what is necessary to protect your business from potential loss at the hands of persons who are not truthful with you. God calls on us to be good stewards of that which is His - in other words, everything. If you do not know who to call, ask your pastor for his recommendation or Christian friends for their recommendation.
