My family and moved to the Hillsboro area at the beginning of the school year, we knew God called us here and still feel that to be true. My husband has a wonderful job here. We still attend and are active in in our church in Waco. The prayer request stems from our inablitly to find a house to rent in the Hill county area. We are needing to move either in January or Feburary(the latest) and the rental housing market is slow here. I am asking for prayer for God's provision of a home and a continued child like faith, it is hard right now but I trust that God is in control, but find myself sad and discouraged. I know that prayers of intercession and support from my brothers and sisters in Christ is needed.

Through the midst of going through a trail we tend to get discourage waiting, which is normal. but, what I have found,while waiting on God to move on my behalf, when I begin to reach out to others in the midst of my need and what I am feeling, the God almighty always show himself mighty. Sometimes we feel alone when we are going through(no family members, friends)but God is there all the time waiting on you to leave it at the altar. Remeber the story about Mary and Martha, God cares about every details in your life, just believe and and trust him.God will work it out. You will be able to reach out to someone else and share with them what the Lord has done for you. Have a wonderful day. Just a praise report...right after I posted this we found a beautiful house in Whitney, that we can afford. I found it in a kinda supernatural way, without it being listed...I was given a phone number and the prior tenants had just moved out. The home is in town, close to schools and stores, and closer to my friends in China Spring!! We moved in for Christmas!
Since this wonderful gift, I have been praying God would bless us with three to five hundred dollars to start building back up our savings and he provided over $1600! Our God is the God of Hope(confident hope!)

Hi Jettn is'nt our god awesome. When I posted the provision blessing I was waiting for god to answer me. I had'nt been paid by my previous employer and I was trusting god every day for my needs. I have to share this because our father is awesome. Last year my children and I committed to giving a Xmas party for the kids in a location church here in Nonoti South Africa. The Church is a mission Church which even provides meals for these kids on a sunday> We did not have an income in dec but used whatever we had and a donation tht we received and the party was really all I needed to do for Christmas. on 20/12 I had no groceries no income and nothing for xmas and before the holiday all our needs were met without me having a cent to my name. My cupboards were full and my freezer was overflowing. God had met my needs and given me more than I had even dreamed of. After Xmas I started trusting god for intervention in my finances. I got a call for a job interview and today was my first day in my new job. I just want to give thanx and share that when you're down to nothing trust god cos he is defnitely up to something. I share these experiences because I just want people to know that we must never doubt god cos he will always have an answer to your prayer. God Bless Vanessa

Good day all.just an update of how wonderful our lord and savior is.I last wrote telling you that I was starting a new job and it is really a blessing from god.i have come up against many adversitys in the last month but i am staying strong and am going to trust god to meet my needs cos our god is an abundant god.i am trusting him for the finance in a new truck as I have been blessed with a new contract and i need a new truck and god will provide the fund and the payment of my bond which is now two months overdue but my god shall provide all my needs and I am thanking him in advance as he is my provider. god is love and he loves his children and he will make sure his children are blesed. praise god. i am yet again standing on your word lord that says with th faith of a mustard seed you can move a mountain and I can do all things through Christ who strenghtens me. Hi Jettn yes god is good and we really need to share what he does in our lives in order for us to be a testimony to others and also to build their faith. I have learnt that no trial that I am put thru will get the better of me bcos me and my god are a mighty force.lets continue to uplift our families bcos when god starts working the blessings are sometimes more than we can handle. nothing is impossible when you put your trust in god. god is good all the time we just have to be obedient to his call. Hello JettnTX, and how are you all @ the present? but before I had read our GDW Message BoardEmail Digest for November 02, 2009 for GDW Message Board, I decided to look over the forum board 1st. after updating our site. And could not overlook this post to see such faith towards knowing your Saviour our Lord Jesus Christ with the profession of this kind of faith in obedience his voice.

Would this be according to where your husband is working or is the Lord sayings leading you all as it is in the scriptures? Heb. 3:1-19. If so be that it is because of your faith in being obedient to his voice, then let us know that you have taken heed of yourselves to exactly as his spirit has lead you all to make such a move.

The only reason as to why I'am saying of the above is that we have reached out and taken that kind of measure of faith by moving from: Our trip activities traveling through 9 states from River Ridge, La. to Omak, Wa. even 3yrs. ago with no job, but is employed at the present, but my point here is that all because of taking heed of ourselves for his sayings, as I begin to experience so much joy walking and doing my saviour's sayings or Matt. 11:28-30.

I say to you and all yes in words and in deeds by following our Lord Jesus Christ footsteps will always count for his soon coming kingdom ok? , but on the issue of "Provision" you may or may not think that all of the above info. is what you all would like to hear but from someone that has experienced the actual difference of a person's lifestyle depends on giving their ways up to GOD and his precious son our Lord Jesus Chirst. I call it being godly sorrow worketh repentenance just as the scriptures are related in our everyday of life worth living. 2 Cor. 7:10, so that God can make the necessary provisions for you all but it must be according to his riches and glory, because of righteousness exaults any nation but sin is a reproach to any thing that is on this/God's earth. seek ye 1st. the kingdom of heaven/of God and all of the things that your heavenly father knows that you have need of, shall be added unto you. Matt. 6:33.

The reason for this above statement I strongly testify to, of having the sincerety of milk, before strong meat of our saviour's sayings of whatever issue may surface inwhich in some area of your life that had not been dealt with yet, but my answer is still yes I will pray for your provision, please reply.

good day Walter Jr thank you for understanding the forum.we know what a mighty god we serve and we need to listen to his voice and trust him in whatever he may lead us. We sometimes feel that god is not listening to our cries and he isnt listening to our cries of help. God is listening and he will provide. Trust him to bring you through your situation, and the answer will come but be still and listen for sometimes we lose to blessing because of our impatience. I remember a time when I had seperated from my husband and being all alone with two babies, the time that Jesus came into my life. Totally traumatised due to the split up and with no income all I could do was pray. God showed me at that time nineteen years ago that all I had to do was call on him and he would be there. He is our provider, be it a job, be it a home or whatever our need it he will find a way for you. god wont let you down, hes your father, he loves you and all he asks is that you love him return and he will find a way for you. Just look out for the signs and he will be answering your prayer. He will never leave you nor forsake you.
