I am in a similar state as the lady who wanted immediate prayer, but I am still in my job. My boss just started not appreciating my work, since the day he found a copy of "Prayer DNA Secrets" by Elisah goodman printed out on the printer. I forgot to pick it up. The organisation policy allows us to use the company facilities for our private work and studies, but read the title and just got incensed.
I neeed prayers for my job to be secure an that I ecel in teh work that I do that he never finds fault to be able to shout at me about. He will come to theofice and talk to all teh other people and laugh with them but not with me.
He is Gay as well- if this has any bearing

I believe you should really seek God's face. Ask God to open the eyes of their understanding.
Also pray for his salvation. These things you mention are facts, but God is a fact changer. Let's stand together in prayer for favor over your employment,courage, strength, and guidance.

Hi Thembile! Our faith is our response to God, but God reserves the right to allow us to go through trials regardless of our beautiful prayers or amount faith we think we have. Prayer and faith is our way of having a relationship with Christ and understanding His purpose more. Not MY will be done but YOUR will be done should always be our attitude and prayer. If its God's will that we learn some lessons in life by going through trials, then PRAISE GOD for loving us that much to mature us and make us more complete.

Some people are poor and some are rich, some are sick and some are healthy, some have jobs they like and some have jobs they don't like. These differences are not always a direct result of our ability to pray the right prayers or have enough faith. God can and will give more joy/peace inside a person whose external life is disaster than a person whose external life is wonderful if He so chooses. The book of Job should always remind us of this.

My response to you may seem a bit out of place. I am trying to respond as well to the last several posts you made on a couple other topics.

Lord I lift up prayer for good work relations with Themible. Pray You bring a hedge of protection over him. Bless him indeed and may your will be done in his life. Praying for his co-workers for their salvation. Lord we are dependant on You. You are in control of all things. Praise be to You name. Amen
