Family,
I have been on my job now for the past ten and a half months and in that time I have received on promotion. Well my department is in the process of doing some re-orging yet again and I am one of two senior people in my department. It is said that two people will get promotions. I am asking that you stand in agreement that I am one of the two (smile). I love the Lord and I know he will do what is best for me.

Most Gracious and Holy Father,
I humbly come to you asking that I always remain focus on you first. I ask that I am a good steward over everything you bless me with. I ask that everything my hands touch will prosper. Lord I thank you for your unconditional love and I ask that I continue to walk in your favor. Master I ask that you bless my home that is being built and I ask that everyone know that that house was build on your love and that you are presence in it at all times.

I ask that you bless my mom with a job in Texas and I ask that you bless her with good health. Master I ask that you lead Avianse to the college with a good education and that you provide the funding for his education. Master, I pray for his GPA and his grades. Master I ask all these things and more. Amen

I am in agreement with your prayer.

Today I spoke with my supervisor regarding a promotion and he stated that i was qualified; however, there was some resistance. My former supervisor is great friends with the deputy project manager which is the one that make the final decision about promotions. As my supervisor stated I am more than qualified and he is currently treating me like a lead, but this one person is making a decision not go give me a promotion. I am asking that you keep me in your prayers b/c everyone knows that I am qualified for the position and it saddens me that b/c someone does not like me they can stop me from getting a promotion. I ask that you stand in agreement with me that I get the promotion here in Dubai.

I am asking for your prayer. I am on a trial run to see how I will handle the promotion to come for the lord. Basically I am in an acting role with all eyes on me. I ask that you pray that God get the glory b/c there are a few people who would like to see me fail.

Master, I ask that you order my steps and guide me in everything I do. Precious Lord there are those who would get pleasure out of seeing me fail, but master I know that is not of you. I ask that you touch the hearts of those who get glory out of seeing others hurt. Master, I ask that you I have favor with those that you place under me. I ask that I am humble and sensitive your directions. Master, I ask that the 8 people under me pull from my knowledge and that my team increase in the knowledge of you and that they may see you through me. I also, ask that we remember we are one team and we have one mission. Lord I thank you for the opportunity to take on this position and I ask that the team would be supportive of my efforts.
