Good Afternoon Prayer Chain! Please Lift Up The Following To The Lord! Glory To God For The Praise!


(1) Good morning all my Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

This morning I am asking for prayer for my another one of my older brothers. As you know my oldest brother Mike now has MD as my mother, well, my next brother Doug is now experiencing the beginning symptoms, he had a blood test that was not very hopeful. Please pray for him also for my younger brother John. It seems that this is passed on from the mother to the sons. Maybe it will pass me by. We can only pray. If it is meant to be it will be, I pray that we all will be able to handle what might lay a head for all of us.

Can you please add my son Tate to the prayer list.- The detective called him today to ask what happened and Tate explained everything.(He was jumped by three boys two weeks ago) However, everything has calmed down at school and he is no longer getting threats. Tate feels that if I continue with the charges against the boys that they will start to stalk him. As a Christian I know that it is in God's hands, but as a mother I want the three boys to pay for what they did to my son. I pray that God will continue to surround Tate with his comfort and to give us (the family) a forgiving heart.

(3)Please add my mom to the prayer chain again. Her chemo treatments are starting to give her some uncomfortable side effects. She says she's not sure she will be able to continue them. She is by herself and up to this point, has done very well. God has blessed us so much in this past year since she was diagnosed! I spoke with my doctor and found out that despite the surgery and treatment, the dysplasia has returned. I have another procedure scheduled in a couple of weeks to find out what exactly we will need to do this time around. Please ask the prayer chain to pray that the treatments will work this time around!

My brother and his family, along with my sister-in-laws mother, live in Tampa, Florida. The hurricane predictors are indicating that Hurricane Charley will be going right through there. There are only two roads that lead out of Florida and they are already congested because of Bonnie going through the Panhandle right now. They do not live right on the beach so we aren't that concerned with them being swept away or anything like that. It is the right side of the hurricane is the worst part, which is what will probably hit them, because that side spawns the worst damage including, tornados. They have decided to ride it out. Please pray that the lord will keep them and everyone safe there. They have already had a terrible blow to their lives.

PRAISE REPORT-GLORY TO GOD

(1) My sister just called and we have lots of Praises to give. Gene has been off the ventilator since 7am this morning.
He is actually conversing and smiling once in a while. He is able to take the treatments and is able to do the required exercises
that will help get rid of the pneumonia. He is still in critical care, but the doctor's believe that if things continue as they have
today, he is on the road to recovery. I am so thankfull that God has found favor for Gene and given him the extra strength to make it through
this. I also have many praises for the wisdom of the wonderful doctor's and nurses at BAMC Hospital.
