Thanks you for your prayers...


Due to a serious health emergency with Mr. Craven (he has been hospitalized with congestive heart failure) He is the defendant. I sense that his insurance company lawyers has stress him out so much that he ended up in the hospital. He did not want this case to go this far! He openly admitted that he was the cause of the accident; but they are trying to make this case into something much bigger than what it really is. By law, if a person cuts across the road and I have the right away, the other person is at fault. Mr. Craven wanted this case to end back during the summer when we had a meeting with our lawyers. I am asking you to Pray for him as well. This man has been pulled in so many different directions. I also ask you to pray for his lawyers that are pressuring him too. Myself, I have been praying since my lawyer presented this bad news to me. I also prayed for the people that are handling his case as well. My new court date is going to be May 9,2005.
