Dear God,

I lift up the world to you this day oh LORD asking that you heal those with the flu or any other thing that is not of you. Dear God, we desire good health and healing in your mighty and HOLY name AMEN!

3 John 1:2-Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth. It is God's desire for His children to be in good health.

Unfortunately, many of our lifestyles does not portray what God intends for us.

I pray that by God's grace we will follow the principles set out in the bible regarding what to take and not to take into our bodies to live healthful lives.

Many of the sicknesses and diseases are caused by our negligence to health laws. Breaking these laws brings sickness and disease upon us.

I was diagnosed a week ago with Kidney Stones. The first advise my doctor gave was to cut down on the amount of meat eating plus other foods that may cause Kidney Stones. I have already slowly started on the program. I am also drinking 3mls to 3.6mls of water every day to flush out the stones.

The point here is that I did not have to wait until the doctor tells me to stop. Had I followed the healthy way of living I would not have visited my doctor.

I join you Tanya in praying for those who ignorantly bring sickness and disease upon themselves. I also pray that God's grace will cover those who are suffering from various types of sickness and diseases. Amen
