I need prayer for school. I have lost my motivation and my drive. I need these classes and I need and want to complete my degree. Please pray for me.

This is something that is happening at present, it is a part of ur process, keep walking, keep praying and cling to the Lord. I have chills and tingles, have opened up the Bible to Isaiah 46, this is for u...especially this passage:

Listen to me descendants of Jacob, all who are left of my people. I have cared for u from the time u were born. I am ur God and will take care of u, until u are old and ur hair is grey. I made u and will care for u; I will give u help and rescue u (Isaiah 46:3-4).

Tanya I went through this last year and I had to leave Uni in the end. I couldn't do anything but read the bible, prayer and be with God and Dylan. I wanted to do this writing course more than anything, it was so hard to leave, especially when I was getting good marks. I ended up leaving and the Lord has rewarded me with so much than I ever thought possible. My life still feels like a nightmare at times, but the Lord revealed only for 70 weeks...I have done 12 of them so far. Along with feeling the nightmare, I have also felt his joy and blessings in our lives. He adopted us and I have been doing work for him ever since. If I didn't come when he called, I would not of had the time/energy to come on here and pray for people, or write different things, in others words I would not be here on this messageboard, an I would not of been burdened for different people. Also if my relationship would have worked out I would also not be on here.

Tanya the Lord has big plans for u this is a part of ur process...keep going, this is nothing the Lord is with u, Emmanuelle, the Lord is with me....rest in him...

This has come to mind:

"I was angry and made a solemn promise: They will never enter the land where I would have given them rest!"

He said this even though his work had been finished from the time he created the world. For somewhere in the Scriptures this is said about the seventh day. "God rested on the seventh day from all his work". This same matter is spoken of again:"They will never enter that land where I would have given them rest". Those who first heard the Godd News did not receive that rest, because they did not believe. There are, then, others who are allowed to receive it. This is shown by the fact that God sets another day, which is called Today. Many years later he spoke of it through David in the scripture already quoted: "If you hear God's voice today, do not be stubborn". If Joshua had given the people the rest that God had promised, God would not have spoken later about another day. As it is, however there still remains for God's people a rest like God's resting on the seventh day.

Tanya God is calling u into rest, which is why school at present for u, feels like blah. God is calling u into rest, he is wanting ur time and attention. If u don't hear his call and follow him into rest, then this lack of motivation and blah feeling, will come into other areas of ur life. He wants u to be with him at present...

Heavenly Father, thanku for revealing this unto me. May Tanya, just rest in u, may u nourish and sustain her at this time. May all her needs be met, so her worries will disappear and she can focus everyting on u in Jesus' name, amen...

Tanya, I feel God is going to make a major move in your Life so stead fast in the Word and hold on to the grip of faith!

I am new to the community, but like a student myself I feel what you are going through. I agree with Serenity to a certain point, it is important to take a rest and it is ALWAYS important to LISTEN to our Lord's calling and OBEY (the hardest part). I took sometime off of school, I am glad because during that time I found the Lord, I became a Christian so I don't regret it in that sense. But now looking back I wish I had stuck with it and finished because as a Christian it is so important to be an example and responsible. I am on and off but I have been praying for that myself, I can only encourage you to LISTEN to the Holy Spirit let him dwell in you and obey the teachings of the Lord. I will be praying for you, keep your head up. You sound like a smart gal!
