Family,
My sister called me last week and asked if I would pray for her friend name Shanita. Shanita is a 33-year-old woman who has diabetes really bad. (if it is a such thing as having it really bad) I am not really familiar with it but – she had cataract (spell check) and had surgery well since the surgery she has lost her sight. I ask that you lift this young lady and her family up in prayer.

Lord Jesus, you promised us that in your name we will speak healing into people's lives. Indeed your Word is life and health to the whole flesh! In the name of Jesus, let health and life be upon Shanita. I ask the Holy Spirit to be upon her life and minister to Shanita regarding the things of God.

Tanya, please meditate upon these verses and let your sister know of them.

My testimony in this regard is this. Before 1998, I used to fall sick at least twice every month, I also had asthma. Then a friend of mine told me I did not have to fall sick as I was a believer. He gave me the above verses and told me to stand in faith regarding them. At first I thought he was living out of this world then when I realised he was serious, I stood in faith. Since 1998, I have fallen sick only twice!

Additionally, I have physically seen people healed of HIV/AIDS. The same God who healed back then is the same God who will heal Shanita. In Jesus Name!

Please continue to pray for this young lady and her family. Here teen son and her husband has had a major conflict in the last few days. Please pray for this entire family.

Father, we come to You in Shanita's behalf and ask that You supernaturally intervene in her behalf. Father, we have seen the ravages of diabetes and know that without You it will kill, steal and destroy everything it comes into contact with. Lord, we plead the blood of Your Dear Son in Shanita's behalf. Stop the progression of this disease in her body. Reverse the effects that are already "seen" with our physical eyes: Lord, we know they are temporal and therefore are subject to change. So we look not at what is seen, but at what is unseen, for that is of Eternal composition and impact and power. It is that same Power that raised Christ from the dead. The power of everlasting life. Touch Shanita now, Lord, with Your everlasting life through Your blessed Holy Spirit. We ask this in Jesus Most Precious Name believing that we receive according to Your Word. Trustworthy is our God!
