Last fall I learned of a friend’s death. Memorial Day is never the same when you have known someone personally who has given their life for your freedom. He was already a hero in my eyes, but even more so, now that I know of his courage and bravery in war, having made the ultimate sacrifice. This song by Kathy Troccoli has been an encouragement to me. Perhaps it is one that you can use to encourage someone else.
