The other day we went to another town to pick up some pain killers and went to visit a friend. It is about 40kms away from where we live. When we were going home I noticed that the needle was on E, and that we needed petrol. I drove around the town only to find the service station closed. I remembered a petrol station in the next town which was about 10kms away. Before leaving I immediately prayed and asked for God to stretch our petrol. I did a declaration in Jesus' name that God would do this and look after us. Dylan was concerned I told him to fear not we would be fine. I then took my eyes of the petrol guage. Anyway when we drove to the next town, the petrol station was abandoned and had been closed up for years. We had no choice but to perservere home. It was about 5.30pm. We had a praise and worship tape in the car and was singing. I can tell you I was jumping for joy when we made it back home without incidence. I looked at the guage and the needle was well under empty. I was so estatic I came home and just danced and praised, thanked God for all that he does for us....This also has happened to us on a trip to Sydney limited funds, and I asked God to stretch what we had in finances and petrol so we could get Dylan to his medical appointments. God did a stretching then too )
