Shawn and his wife, Julie, gave birth to a baby boy last night - actually, I believe Julie did most of the work! The baby's name is Caleb and he weighed in at 7 pounds 9 ounces. We'll have to wait for Shawn to get more specifics, but I understand that everyone is doing well.
Yikes - I now have two grandchildren! I need to find my rocking chair and cane...I'm feeling a little old. |

Wow, congradulations my brother. You are blessed indeed. But I hardley think you need a rocker yet. I have five grand children and my oldest is 10. I need the rocker, and have one!

I love being a father. There sure is a lot to do with two small children. Hannah is 2 and Caleb is 4 and half months. They are a blessing and my wife Julie and I are extremely thankful to God for these precious gifts. Its awesome how God uses family and children to teach us about Him and His will for our life. Praise God for responsibility even though its not always desired from one moment to the next! He knows what is best for our life. Thank you all for the encouragements!

ROFL, That is kinda what I was thinking too, but I guess I was hoping they looked better in person and on someone. I just have a picture in my head what a "helmet" should be and look like and what a "cowboy hat" should be and look like. I did look at the ones you mentioned and I like the looks of them too. Do you think the leather or suede would be hotter than a normal helmet?
