Many have been praying for my family to come to Christ...and I continue to share with them. My niece is a journalist for a paper and she covers 'crime beat'. As you know families are not always open to their own sharing so I always pray that God will put on the path of their life other Christians that will be able to show or share Christ to them. My neice is covering a homicide of a young woman. The young woman's family are yes, Christian...and what a testimony they are...my sister said 'they have been amazing and related their story of forgiving the young man who took their daughters life...the story is not yet completed as far as reporting is concerned and neither is it as far as my neice's life is concerned...God is working in her life and my sister and brother in laws life...one person at a time....The family of the young girl even commended my neices sensitivity in covering the story to my neice's boss....I am so glad that she is 'gifted' to be a balanced reporter...not just writing for the 'drama' of it all as many do...Pls pray for all involved, especially for the salvation of my immediate family....God is faithful, I pray that my neice, sister and brother in law's hearts will be softened more and more until they say 'Yes to our Lord....

Heavenly father, I thank you for your faithfulness to our Lord. I pray that the Lord would enter into your families heart. I pray that we allow patience to have her perfect work. We stand against discouragement, doubt and unbelief by enforcing the victory Jesus won at Calvary. Lori, the Lord is your confidence, and our prayer be founded on the faithfulness of God. I pray also that we use our mighty weapons to knock down the devil's strongholds. We can knock down the walls that keep men and women from finding Him. Read 2 Corinthians 4 and Ephesians 1:18 the eyes of your understanding being enlighted; that you may know what is the hope of his calling, what are the riches of glory of His inheritance in the saints. Maintain your prayer armor and wield the sword of the spirit, which is the Word of God. Eph. (6:10-18).

I rejoice because the counsel of hell shall not prevail against Lori's families salvation.Thank you, Father, that the illuminating light of the knowledge of glory of God is revealed to Lori's family.

May the Lord continue to minister to your heart while you witness to others.

Thanks for the prayers....you are both so faithful in prayering for everyone on the board...I thank God for your faithfulness and commitment to Him and the body of Christ....
I read the article my neice wrote...she wrote it while attending the funeral for this young girl.....so undoubtedly because they praised God in the midst of their trial that the Holy Spirit filled the place with His presence...the article was truly inspiring....and I have no doubt that because the family honored God, He honored and authored an inspiring article...even the pictures were equally appropriate....the young girls uncle wrote a letter commending my neice....I am so blessed by God and thankful that He is working in my family's life....I do tell them about Jesus....I pray they will see Him more and more in my life as I pray to die that He may live...and I am thankful for those He chooses to send into their lives.... as well as coming to know Him as He works in their midst....
