When I was listening to this song it came to me how powerful it is to love with the Lord's love with his all....When we are not doing that we get angry or are buttons are pushed...it is not that we are out of the Lord's love, it is we have stopped loving the Lord with our all...For in His love His grace comes, He's peace, patience, rigtheousness comes etc...as we stay in his love and then start to do things for others we respond how he would respond, we start to do what he would do...
Here there is such an absence of love and when I come across a hurting person and they lash out I can love God and his grace and mercy come through and instead of being angered I respond with compassion..I respond with a servant's heart...and that heart only belongs to Jesus because he was the true servant of all and his heart then becomes ours...Also when we are focusing on healing, or righteousness, forgiveness, patience and trying to put them into practise without his outpouring of love we end up trying and our walk with him becomes lopsided because our and attention and focus come onto the fruit...When our focus on the Lord's love not because we just want to receive his love, we love because we love him with our all and it is natural for us to do so then our Christian lives and walk become balanced and natural and we respond to any situation with his love....and an outpouring of love flows out...and blesses everyone and everything including our prayers, study, worship happens as a consequence of this love...we love just being with Him...
Also an opportunity I can see has presented it self, there are children in this community who don't know God, who are not in his love and their are children that come and borrow DVDs from us and so it has come to increase our DVD resources and start looking around for DVD's that are inspirational..and speak of his love and loving him and help them to hear his story for them and for all of us, we are picking up Jonah next week...Veggie tales are so funny and cute...
Thought that I would share this insight....we can just start to love others with God's love whether they deserve it or not and we love to get nothing back...we just respond with love and I have seen the effectiveness of having a ministry like that....its a leading by his love and a leading from behind and it is an awesome combination...
