A friend of mine who is going through a valley of physical illness sent the following on Psalm 23...it really blessed me, I thought I would share it for those of you who are experiencing valleys right now...

1.." Don't lose the beauty of the valley in fear. Accept the reality.
2.. Announce to others my action and response while in the valley. Walk in the valley, not wallow in it.
3.. Know that I will come through the valley .
4..There is peace in the valley. The water will not overflow me.' The PEACE is IN JESUS. We are to learn how to rest there.
