The kind of fasting I want is this: Remove the chains of oppression and the yoke of injustice, and let the oppressed go free. Share your food with the hungry and open your homes to the homeless poor. Give clothes to those wh have nothing to wear, and do not refuse to help your own relatives. Then my favour will shine on you like the morning sun, and your wounds will be quickly healed. I will always be with you to save you; my presence will protect you on every side. When you call to me, I will respond. If you put an end to the oppression, to every gesture of contempt, and to every evil word; if you give food to the hungry and satisfy those who are in need, then the darkness around you will turn to the brightness of noon. And I will always guide you and satisfy you with good things. I will keep you strong and well. You will be like a garden that has plenty of water, like a spring of water that never runs dry. Your people will rebuild what has long been in ruins, building again on the old foundations. You wll be known as the people who rebuilt the walls, who restored the wallks, who restored the ruined houses". (Isaiah 58:6-12)

Oh Grace and Faith,

I could give you a big hug and kiss in the Lord, because it also confirmed the persecution thing I went through yesterday, and with the Govt. dept. thing. People told me I was to be submissive and I just felt a big no, I was to be bold and be strong for the Lord and that the Lord wants me to do something about injustice, the homeless and we r on a spiritual fast at present...just now again...We r rebuilding our house and there is a lot that needs to be done, however our home is the Lord's home and we have also been rebuilding our spiritual foundations, putting everying in order, getting rid of the weeds in the garden, which months ago was so dehydrated and becoming strong in the Lord. Coming across all sorts of injustices etc....and who would have thought that message that was inspired in January, would have been used now for confirmation for the church and myself...the Lord just bamboozles me and is just awesome....and it feels so good.. this came at just the right time. So thankyou, thankyou, thankyou Lord, and thankyou, thankyou, thankyou Grace and Faith for hearing God and just doing what u felt u needed, were inspired to do, took action and responded....amen...

This is also the needed boost to keep me delivering and doing the work the Lord wants me to....
